What payment options do I have? We accept most credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payment options will appear at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? Check out our returns policy here

How long will my refund take? Please allow a few days for us to process your refund once your returned item has been received. We will send you an email to confirm your return. It can take 3-4 days after processing a refund for it to show on your statement. For further information see our policy.

Delivery

How do I check an order I have placed? Your orders will appear in your account, please log in to your account to check your order status.

How do I track my order? We will send you a tracking number when you place an order, you can use this to track your order with Royal Mail.

Order not received? If your order has been been received 10 working days after purchase and you’ve checked the tracking info, please get in touch.

What wax do you use in your candles? We use a premium wax blend of soy, coconut, rapeseed and beeswax.

Are you CLP compliant? Yes. CLP information and warning information will also be displayed on the label attached to our packaging.

How do I use / care for my candle? Please see our candle care guide for instructions on how to get the most out of your candle.

Are your crystals ethically sourced? Yes, all our crystals are ethically sourced from a reputable supplier.

What packaging do you use? We’re trying to be eco-friendly as we can, that’s why we use recyclable packaging materials, boxes and biodegradable packing peanuts.
